Terms of use

Last updated 12 October 2026

These are the terms for using TBA, the Discord bot made by TriMe, UnadoptedTurkey and Pablo. By adding TBA to a server or using it, you agree to them, and to Discord's Terms of Service and Community Guidelines, which apply everywhere TBA does.

Servers that add TBA

A server's owner and staff decide how TBA is set up there: its moderation, AutoMod, roles, logs and the rest. They're responsible for those choices and for the permissions they give TBA.

Using it fairly

• Don't use TBA to harass anyone, or to break Discord's rules.
• Don't automate commands, or try to overload or break TBA.
• If you find a bug that hands out coins or items, report it with /privacy and Message the developer rather than using it. Coins and items gained through a bug can be taken back.

Coins, items and pets

TBA's coins, items, chests, pets and everything else in its economy are part of a game. They can't be bought or sold for real money, have no value outside TBA, and aren't anyone's property. We may change or reset them, for example to fix the balance of the game.

No guarantees

TBA is free and is provided as it is. It may stop working for a while, change, or lose features, and we can't promise it will always be available or free of mistakes. As far as the law allows, we aren't responsible for any loss that comes from using it.

Stopping

We can stop TBA working for a person or a server that breaks these terms. A server can remove TBA at any time, and you can delete what TBA keeps about you with /privacy; the privacy policy says what that covers.

Changes

When these terms change, this page changes with them, along with the date at the top.
